Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Customer satisfaction is our main goal at TheSportsCarStore.com. If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return any unused product for a credit card refund less a 15% return fee. However, we will waive all return fees on returns processed for merchandise credit ONLY, which can be used on future purchases with TheSportsCarStore.com.
Online 90-day classified ad listings are final, as indicated at the point of purchase. You will not be credited for the amount of time remaining if you cancel your listing before the 90-day period ends.
All return, credit and/or exchange requests must be made within 30 days of your shipment date.
Proof of purchase, such as a copy of the original sales receipt or packing slip invoice, is required for reimbursement of the full purchase price. When no proof of purchase is available, we refund the most recent price charged for items returned to us. A merchandise gift card is offered for items returned without proof of purchase
All returns will be credited with the original form of payment (i.e., on the same credit card). Your credit card account will be credited upon our receipt of the returned item, and your credit should appear on your next statement. An E-mail notification will be sent to you confirming our receipt of your returned items.
If an item exchange is due to a mistake on the part of The Sports Car Store, Inc. or issues of quality, the exchanged items will be shipped at no cost to you via Standard Ground delivery.
Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from TheSportsCarStore.com. We cannot exchange items unless they are defective or damaged.
Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery, are in unsellable condition, or are missing parts, will be charged a re-stocking fee at our discretion.
You can also cancel unshipped items. Please call us immediately at 303-964-9727 to cancel your order.

Use the return label you get with our packing slip and send the merchandise back to us using traceable mail. Once we receive your package, we will promptly exchange or refund as you instruct.
